Not everyone who wants to support Salem Panthers FC owns a business. Contributions of any size go straight into the club.

Where it goes

No mystery about the money

This is a semi-professional club run by the people in it. There is no salary at the top taking a cut — here is exactly what donations pay for.

  • Field costs

    Field time in Salem is rented by the hour — twice a week for training, plus every home matchday.

  • League and referee fees

    Fixed costs that arrive whether or not the season goes well.

  • Uniforms and equipment

    Kit, balls, goalkeeper gear and the medical supplies on the sideline every week.

  • Transportation and travel

    Away fixtures across Oregon mean vans, fuel and long drives home after night games.

  • Player development

    Coaching, video, and the support that turns a good local player into a better one.

  • Access for every player

    Making sure nobody who wants to be here is kept out by what it costs.

  • Community programs

    Camps, school visits and outreach across Salem.

  • Youth and girls programs

    The next chapter of the club, and the reason we are building slowly and properly.
