What your support actually pays for

Field rental, league fees, kit, transport. A plain breakdown of where money goes at a semi-professional club run by its own community.

People ask what a donation to a semi-professional soccer club actually does, so here is the honest answer.

Field time in Salem is rented by the hour, and a club needs it twice a week plus matchdays. League registration and referee fees are fixed costs that arrive whether or not anyone shows up. Kit gets replaced. Balls get lost. Away fixtures mean vans, fuel and a long drive home after a night game.

Beyond that there is the part that matters most to us: making sure a player who wants to be here is never kept out by what it costs. Some of our players are working two jobs. Nobody should have to choose between a shift and a season.

Every contribution goes into those lines. There is no salary at the top of this club taking a cut.
